SeaMark, founded in 1975, is a family owned company that has served as a management company and sales brokerage, primarily for properties created and developed by SeaMark's principals and affiliated entities.

Their apartment communities include The Cairns in South Lake Union and Borgata Apartments in 'Old Bellevue.' Their condominium communities include Trail Creek Crossings in Sun Valley, ID, Legends in Portland, Avonlea at Lakemont in Bellevue, and The Villas at Harbour Pointe in Mukilteo.
