at Harbour Pointe in Mukilteo, Washington, was awarded the MAME Community of the Year in 1998. This 96 unit condominium was completed in phases beginning in 1997 and finishing in 1999. Many of these homes featured spectacular views of Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains, and sold at some of the highest prices in Snohomish County during that time period. Constructed on a difficult and steep site, the design by GGLO Architects created the feeling of a mountainside village, and used the site to maximize views and privacy.
