is an 80-unit, 10-story luxury condominium tower located in the upscale district of King's Hill in Portland, Oregon adjacent to the famous Multnomah Club. In December 2002, SeaMark formed an entity to purchase 50 units in the project, which were involved in a bankruptcy.

Legends changed from an age restricted retirement community to a non-restricted market rate condominium. The common areas and interiors were finished and upgraded, and marketing and sales of the units began in April, 2003. The project was 100% sold out in June, 2004.
